Description

Dosage
Bonamine Chewable Tablet for Kids 12.5 mg
[Motion or Travel Sickness]
Children 11 yrs old and above: Give 2 tablets
5-10 yrs old: Give 1 tablet
Doses to be taken one hour before travel for 24-hr protection. If additional dose is needed, interval should be 4 hours or longer. Children 5-15 yrs old should be limited to two single doses only.
Bonamine Chewable Tablet for Adults 25 mg
Adults and children above 11 yrs old:
[Motion sickness] Take 1-2 tablets (25-50 mg) one hour before travel for 24-hr protection.
[Nausea and vomiting] Take 1-2 tablets (25-50 mg) per day
[Labyrinthine and vestibular disturbances] Take 1-4 tablets (25-100 mg) per day
[Radiation sickness] Take 2 tablets (50 mg) 2-12 hours prior to radiation therapy, or as directed by the doctor.
Tablets may be chewed or swallowed whole with water.
Precautions
Caution is used in patients with glaucoma and enlarged prostate. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. If pregnant or breastfeeding, seek doctor's advice before using this product.
Side Effects
Blurred vision, fatigue, dry mouth, and drowsiness. May cause excitability especially in children.
Contraindications
This product should not be given to patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to meclizine or to any of its components.
